Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary requirements as defined for ECCAT and aides by WV policy.
• Must complete 36-hour post-secondary requirement per policy 5202.
• Pre-K and Kindergarten aides must pursue temporary/official authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in instructional activities and small groups.
• Supervise students on buses and during bus loading.
• Prepare materials and bulletin boards for classroom use.
• Support students with special needs under certified staff supervision.
• Maintain safety and adhere to school district policies.
