Responsibilities

• Support teachers in meeting instructional, educational, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students.
• Assist in delivering lessons, distribute materials, help with activities, reinforce concepts.
• Provide supervision to ensure safety during classroom, lunch, and recess; field trips as needed.
• Attend to students' physical, academic, and emotional needs, including personal care as needed.
• Help maintain a neat classroom, manage behavior, and implement classroom management strategies.
• Assist with clerical duties like preparing materials, taking attendance, and tracking progress.
