Job summary

New Horizon Academy is seeking candidates for its Early Childhood Managerial Training (ECMT) program in the Rochester area. The program offers rotations at centers and the corporate office with mentors to train in curriculum execution, licensing, enrollment, parent relations, and other director skills.

Candidates must have at least 2 years in a licensed early childhood setting and pursue state qualifications; AA degree preferred, with opportunities for advancement to Curriculum Coordinator,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a licensed early childhood setting.
• AA Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Meet Program Administrator qualifications for NAEYC accreditation.
• Knowledge of Rule 3, NAEYC, SEEDS Ez-Write and Creative Curriculum.

New Horizon Academy is a leader in Early Childhood Development profession. We have over 80 locations in 5 states, and we are growing! Our growth will generate leadership opportunities in various locations. Our Early Childhood Managerial Training (ECMT) program is a great opportunity to launch your leadership career!

We are seeking professionals who have experience in childcare or a similar industry who would like to engage in a formal training program geared toward a management role at one of our centers. The ECMT program includes rotations at our centers and at our corporate office with a variety of mentors/trainers so that the ECMT's receive training on key areas such as curriculum execution, licensing, ProCare (enrollment/ tuition program), parent/customer relations and other key skills that Directors must possess. Upon completion of the program ECMT candidates are given priority consideration for management opportunities such as Curriculum Coordinator, Assistant Director and Director roles.

Required Qualifications:
