• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check clearance required.
• 12 hours childcare training within 30 days of hire (we will help you get there).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom.
• Maintain a safe, organized classroom compliant with licensing and ratios.
• Observe and document each child’s development and share progress with families.
• Communicate with parents and schedule conferences.
• Complete attendance, incident reports, and assessments.
