Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team. The Early Childhood Teacher will plan, implement, and assess lessons that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.

Key Responsibilities

    • Use a variety of teaching techniques to foster learning and development.
    • Integrate play‑based learning and hands‑on activities to engage children.
  • Child Development and Assessment:
    • Observe and assess each child's development and learning progress.
    • Document observations and maintain accurate records.
    • Provide feedback to parents and guardians on child progress and development.
  • Classroom Management:
    • Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
    • Manage classroom behavior using positive discipline techniques.
    • Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Parental Engagement:
    • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
    • Conduct parent‑teacher conferences to discuss child development.
    • Involve parents in classroom activities and school events.
  • Professional Development:
    • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
    • Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications
  • Education:
