Job summary

Kensington School is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to join our growing private preschool, serving infants in a full-time 12-month role. The position offers the opportunity to lead our infant program with focused exploration and discovery in a bright, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Have open availability to work a Full-Time schedule, Monday through Friday. This is a full time, ongoing 12 month position.
• Meet DCFS position requirements
• Must have experience in an early childhood classroom and/or completed coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Job description

Kensington School is a full day private preschool with childcare for infants through pre-kindergarten aged children. With over 55 years of Early Childhood Education experience, our schools are created to give every child the very best first school experience.

Kensington School is seeking experienced Early Childhood Teachers and Teacher Assistants to join our teaching staff. We are a growing company and love to promote from within therefore we consistently have space for like-minded educators to join our team! We are opening new city locations this year!

We are currently looking for a Full Time Lead Infant Teacher to join our team. Our Infant program is filled with focused exploration and exciting new discoveries for the children!

To be considered for a position, applicants must:

Lead Teachers earn an hourly rate of $25.

Full-time 40 hour employees have an opportunity to earn an end of year Successful Completion Bonus based on attendance and hours worked.

Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers must commit to a full time schedule. Full time employees have access to a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K, PTO, and paid CPR/First Aid training.
