Job summary

KinderKids Learning Center is seeking a dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing environment where babies can explore and grow. You will plan developmentally appropriate activities, support milestones, and collaborate with a team dedicated to early childhood education.

The role emphasizes family communication, individualized instruction, and a warm, inclusive classroom culture. Equal opportunity employer; onsite position.

Qualifications

  • Passion for early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Patience, empathy, and ability to establish nurturing relationships.
  • First aid and CPR training required.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, inclusive learning environments for infants.
  • Develop age-appropriate lesson plans supporting cognitive, physical, and social development.
  • Foster a safe, positive classroom where children feel valued and heard.
  • Use diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Plan activities: arts, music, movement, storytelling, outdoor play.
  • Assess progress, document observations, and communicate with families.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to enrich the educational experience.
  • Maintain open, respectful communication with parents and attend conferences.
  • Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant Lead Teacher to join our program. As an Infant Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where infants can thrive and reach important milestones. Responsibilities

Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that sparks curiosity and supports children's exploration and discovery.

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.

Foster a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves.

Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

Plan and facilitate stimulating activities, including arts and crafts, music and movement, storytelling, and outdoor play, to promote holistic development.

Assess children's progress, document observations, and maintain accurate records to inform individualized instruction and communicate with parents/guardians.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to create a cohesive and enriching educational experience.

Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's development, milestones, and areas of growth.

Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through open and respectful communication, parent-teacher conferences, and involvement in school events.

Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times

Qualifications

Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in fostering the development of preschool-aged children.

Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or in a similar role is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood education principles.

A CDA or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience and certifications will also be considered.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish positive and nurturing relationships with children and their families.
