Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking a skilled Cook/Chef to join our Early Childhood Team in Mansfield, CT. You will prepare fresh meals for breakfast, lunch and snacks, follow all safety and CACFP rules, and keep the kitchen clean and organized.

This role requires kitchen experience, a high school diploma or culinary training, ServeSafe certification, and the ability to stand for long periods. Experience with local ingredients and flexible schedule a plus.

Qualifications

• Past kitchen experience required.
• ServeSafe certificate required.
• CACFP rules knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook menu items with care and speed.
• Prep ingredients and chop vegetables according to age groups.
