Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise children at all times for safety.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities.
• Prepare meals following CACFP guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe classroom and outdoor spaces.
• Submit monthly lesson plans with developmentally appropriate activities.
• Manage classroom behavior per policies and procedures.
• Conduct monthly safety drills and communicate safety protocols.
• Maintain structured daily routines and engaging activities.
• Provide responsive interactions using the CLASS framework.
• Communicate with families and staff daily at drop-off/pick-up.
• Document DRDPs, ERS, and ASQs per deadlines.
• Support IEPs/IFSPs and behavior plans as needed.
• Conduct two Parent-Teacher conferences annually and assist with orientations.
• Keep accurate program records for reporting.
• Report concerns to the Site Supervisor and adapt duties as needed.
