Qualifications

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• 18 years of age with a HS diploma or GED.
• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate/bachelor’s in related field preferred.
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed.
