The position offers opportunities for professional growth within Celebree Organization. The ideal candidate has experience in licensed preschool settings, familiarity with MSDE-OCC regulations, and a passion for child development

Qualifications

• 90 clock hrs in Child Development and Curriculum Planning.
• 1 year of experience in a licensed preschool classroom.
• 9 clock hrs of training in communicating with staff, parents, and the public.
• AA or BA in early childhood education preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure classroom compliance with MSDE-OCC regulations and company standards.
• Provide a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Maintain attractive classroom displays and a current Parent Board.
• Develop and implement thorough weekly lesson plans aligned with Celebree curriculum.
• Supervise and support children during activities; employ positive discipline techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the classroom environment.
• Complete daily reports, accident reports, and attendance records.
• Guide and support the assistant teacher to ensure orderly classroom function.
• Communicate with parents about development and classroom happenings.
• Identify opportunities or problems and collaborate with staff to resolve.
