Celebree School™ seeks a Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing, stimulating environment for preschoolers, aligning with Celebree's mission, vision, and values. The role supports classroom Aides on their growth toward becoming Celebree Teachers, fostering both child and team development.

Responsibilities include developing engaging lesson plans, maintaining a safe classroom, integrating early literacy, and communicating with parents about progress.

Competenze

• Must meet requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, patience, and flexibility.

• Develop and implement creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
