Job summary

Fountain in Oklahoma is seeking an Early Childhood Coach to support teacher development focused on early childhood education. The Coach will design and lead professional learning aimed at improving teacher skills and student outcomes.

This role includes ongoing coaching and feedback to teachers and leaders, using observations and professional learning communities to enhance educational practices. A Bachelor’s degree in education and a valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate are required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of raising student achievement.
• Demonstrated commitment to educational equity.
• Four (4) years early childhood teaching experience (preferred).
• Two (2) years of mentor/coaching experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver professional learning for early childhood teachers.
• Provide coaching and modeling to improve teacher practice.
• Use data to identify development priorities and track progress.
• Support teacher leaders in facilitating professional learning communities.
• Partner with school leaders to support effective professional learning.
