Family Health Center at NYU Langone is offering an exciting opportunity as a Project Facilitator. The successful candidate will enhance the health of underserved communities by supporting family child care providers in implementing quality education programs.

The role involves coaching, curriculum support, and collaboration with FCC team members. Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS in Early Childhood studies and two years of teaching experience. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and salary between $42,783.13 and $50,000.00 annually.

Qualifications

• Two years of teaching experience with children under six years of age.
• Willingness to travel within the FCC Network catchment area.
• Ability to work as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Provide twice monthly strength-based practice-based coaching to affiliated providers.
• Document all coaching sessions.
• Support providers in curriculum and lesson planning.
• Review and adapt curriculum supports with affiliated providers.
• Assist in coordinating professional learning days.
