Family Health Center at NYU Langone seeks a Family Partner to enhance support for family child care providers in Sunset Park. This role is crucial for establishing relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery within the program guidelines.

The ideal candidate should hold an Associate Degree or Child Development Associate credential, and possess experience working with families and young children. A willingness to travel and strong communication skills are essential for this position.

The salary range for this role is $35,129.60 – $45,000.00 annually, reflecting the candidate's experience and education.

Qualificações

• Experience in family child care and/or with infants and toddlers.
• Willingness to travel within the FCC Network catchment area.
• Team player who appreciates the unique needs of all providers and families.
• Knowledge of the Sunset Park community.

Responsabilidades

• Visit affiliated provider homes monthly ensuring compliance with OCFS/DOHMH regulations.
• Conduct follow-up monitoring visits with strength-based coaching.
• Document visits and communications with affiliated providers.
• Provide support for providers participating in CACFP.
• Monitor regulations to prevent violations.
• Assist with recruitment and affiliation of family child care providers.
• Support team in creating resource guides and coordinating events.
• Participate in regular staff meetings.
• Attend professional learning sessions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
