You will help implement daily routines, prepare materials, supervise children, and promote positive relationships with families. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • CPR, Mandated Reporter, Abusive Head Trauma, Fire Extinguisher and Bloodborne Pathogen trainings required.
  • College degree in Early Childhood or related experience preferred.
  • Wisconsin state credentials such as ECI/ECII Fundamentals recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Support Lead Teacher with daily classroom routines and activities.
  • Assist with arrival, departure, meals, rest time, and transitions.
  • Maintain a clean, licensing-ready classroom and ensure safety.
  • Engage families and communicate with staff about children’s progress.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in attendance and documentation.
