The Learning Experience in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our team. You will work alongside teachers to create a welcoming classroom where infants, toddlers, and preschoolers can learn through play.

Responsibilities include supporting curriculum delivery, prioritizing safety, communicating with families, and helping with daily routines. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and state guidelines for childcare must be met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Experience in childcare or passion for early childhood education preferred.
• Must meet state guidelines including immunizations and health training.

Responsibilities

• Lead in classrooms alongside teachers to create a welcoming space for learning and play.
• Support Curriculum Implementation of the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for infants to preschool.
• Prioritize safety and provide a nurturing environment.
• Communicate with families about child progress via apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to support development.
