Early Childhood Case Manager - Contract (3382) (Contract) Location: Danville, VA 24540 Type: Developmental Services Division Degree: Bachelors

This is a Contract/PRN position that provides services on an as-needed basis. Hours are not guaranteed and will fluctuate based on program needs. This position is not a regular full-time or part-time role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for providing assessment, linkage, and advocacy services to individuals from birth to age three with a developmental delay, atypical development, or diagnosed disabling condition recognized by the Part C Early Intervention system. The Early Childhood Case Manager - Contract will act as primary facilitator in the coordination and integration of services for assigned caseload; develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs); complete required documentation; and comply with all regulations applicable to program services. Applies generally prescribed standard practices over a wide range of procedures with some latitude for decision making.

REQUIREMENTS

• M1: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Human Services-related field, or any discipline or profession listed under Part C Personnel Standards
• OR Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in Virginia
• M2: Within two months of employment, must complete Early Intervention Training Modules, apply for, and obtain Early Intervention Case Manager certification
• M3: Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.

HOURLY RATE RANGE

$21.55 - $37.31
