Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration
  • Associate's Degree in a related field with 300+ hours of experience with children accepted
  • High School Diploma may be considered with 600+ hours of relevant experience (additional availability requirements apply)

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans to support children's communication, social, and adaptive skills
  • Deliver play-based therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills and ensure session consistency
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust strategies with supervising BCBAs
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development throughout your career at Beacon

Starting between $23.00 – $27.00 per hour

Three decades of evidence‑based practice have shaped who we are — and we have been raising the bar ever since.

Position Location: Immediate opportunities available in Cape Cod. This is a field‑based role serving clients in their homes throughout the commonwealth — your caseload will be built around where you live.

Blended positions also available by location for home and center‑based services. Treatment Centers are now open in Milford, Rockland, Fall River, New Bedford, Leominster, North Andover, Chicopee, Springfield coming soon!

You'll play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA treatment to young children with ASD. You'll implement play‑based, evidence‑backed programs in clients' homes, collaborate closely with families and supervisors, and track developmental progress — all while growing your own career in a field that is as rewarding as it is dynamic.

A Day in the Life
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to support children's communication, social, and adaptive skills
  • Deliver fun, engaging, play‑based therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills and ensure consistency between sessions
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust strategies in partnership with supervising BCBAs
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development throughout your career at Beacon
What We Are Looking For
  • Passion for working with children and families affected by ASD
  • Thrives in a dynamic, field‑based environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
  • Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
  • Comfortable sitting on the floor, standing, and lifting children or objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
  • Results‑driven with a genuine desire to help children reach their milestones
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration
  • Associate's Degree in a related field with 300+ hours of experience with children accepted
  • High School Diploma may be considered with 600+ hours of relevant experience (additional availability requirements apply)
Work Experience
  • Prior experience working with young children is preferred; all levels considered. Full training is otherwise provided!
Compensation

Starting between $23.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on education and experience.
