Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism in home, daycare and center-based settings. You will draft progress reports for senior clinicians and help children develop communication and socialization skills.

The role emphasizes a child-led, play-based approach with ongoing training and supervision from BCBAs. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required for in-home sessions, with a sign-on bonus of $500 after 90 days

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Physical Requirements
  • Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
  • Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
  • Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
  • Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
