Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Patience, reliability, and the ability to maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Willingness to follow health, safety, and licensing guidelines and participate in ongoing training.
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
• Foundational knowledge in Education principles and child development.
• Demonstrated aptitude for Working With Children in group and individual settings.
• Comfort with basic Mathematics to support age-appropriate learning activities.
