Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for your assigned classroom.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom meeting licensing and ratio requirements.
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through warm daily communication.
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports.
