Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• At least 2 years of preschool teaching assistant experience
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Familiarity with childcare regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and nurturing
• Physical ability to engage actively with children
• Strong passion for early childhood education

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities.
