The salary for this position starts at $16.00 hourly. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining salary; therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of other benefits and earned time off that vary depending on part-time or full-time status.
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the CC Program Director and/or Assistant CC Program Director, the Child Care Assistant Teacher will support the teaching staff in implementing childcare programs. The incumbent will assist with carrying out the child care mission and values by providing high-quality child care services to children and parents that focus on the YMCA core values: Equity, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, and Caring.
