Assistant Teachers:

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.Maintain a fun,interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Love to engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Love to learn! Complete extensive training onchildcare, preschooland childdevelopment topics.

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.00 - $20.00 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week

The Sign on Bonus will be paid to those hired between June 18,2025 and July 30, 2025. The sign on bonus will be paid as follows: $500 for Asst teachers and $1000 for lead teachers. To be paid as half after 60 days of employment and the remaining half after 120 days of employment.
