Early Childhood Assistant Teacher (Education)
Full and Part Time Positions available.

Shift options: 9:00-6:00, 11:30-5:30, 7:00-9:30

Requirements:
- Meet Minnesota DHS Rule 3 or Wisconsin HFS 46 Teacher qualifications, including yearly in-service requirements.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Commitment to working with children and families in a developmental setting.
- Experience with children from infants to age 5 in a diverse setting.
- Passions may include arts and crafts, gym, games, enrichment, reading, nature education, etc.
Shifts: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-6:00pm with flexibility based on location needs.

Salary starts at $16.00/hour, with consideration of experience and background.
Essential Functions include implementing daily plans, supervising children, maintaining the classroom, communicating with parents, completing observations, guiding behavior, and attending trainings.
The role involves interacting with children, parents, staff, and volunteers from diverse backgrounds. Physical tasks include moving, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and responding calmly in hazardous situations. Flexibility to work at different sites and hours is required.
