Work hours are Monday-Friday, with shifts from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, depending on location needs and with flexibility.
The salary starts at $16.00/hour, with consideration of experience and background. The compensation includes additional benefits and earned time off based on full-time or part-time status.
Under the direction of the Program Director, support the teaching staff in implementing childcare programs, providing high-quality services aligned with YMCA values: Equity, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, and Caring.
Interact regularly with children, parents, staff, and volunteers, supporting a diverse community.
