Qualifications

• Master's degree and Type 75 Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the building principal in all facets of school operations, student assessment programs, and budget/expenditure monitoring.
• Assumes principal duties in the principal's absence.
• Administers student personnel program and counsels students on education and co-curricular activities.
• Participates in staff training and professional growth opportunities.
• Interviews students, parents, and staff for truancy, discipline, and related concerns.
• Monitors student achievement data and implements curricular adjustments as needed.
• Ensures compliance with board policies and the district strategic plan.
• Maintains required documentation and reports for federal, state, and district mandates.
