Job summary

Hillel Academy of Pittsburgh is seeking dedicated staff to support children from infants through Pre-K. The role includes 8:00 am to 5:00 pm shifts, Monday through Friday, with both full-time and part-time options.

You will create engaging, age-appropriate activities, maintain a nurturing classroom, and partner with families and colleagues to foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with young children in childcare or educational settings.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment.
