Job summary

Kids Rainbowland Nursery School in Woodside, NY is seeking a full-time assistant teacher to support the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate activities for preschool students and to help maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment.

You will foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play, collaborate with staff, and communicate openly with parents to support each child’s growth and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college credits preferred in early childhood education.
• Experience with young children or caregiving is valued.
• Strong classroom management and positive discipline skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
