Job summary

The Behavior Technician at Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington provides direct ABA services to children with ASD in a clinic setting, serving ages 2–6 and supporting families. Under BCBA supervision you will implement ABA procedures and collect data to track progress.

You will work in a compassionate team, maintain a safe environment, support lesson planning, and participate in ongoing assessments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience with preschool children with behavioral and developmental concerns including ASD preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Strong classroom and behavioral management skills with children with ASD.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and proficient in word processing.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA procedures to teach skills and address disruptive behavior under BCBA supervision.
• Provide ABA services in natural and therapeutic environments to support skill generalization.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and families.
• Complete intake assessments and participate in data collection for FBAs under supervision.
• Lead therapeutic activities and participate in team discussions about client programs.
