Job summary

Catholic Charities' Applied Behavior Analysis program seeks a Behavior Technician to provide direct services to children with ASD in a clinic-based setting. You will work with children aged 2–6 and their families under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA procedures, data collection, leading therapeutic activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote skill development and safe environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with preschool children with behavioral and developmental concerns preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA procedures under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce disruptive behavior.
• Provide ABA services in natural and therapeutic settings with data collection for progress monitoring.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and ensure program routines and cleanliness.
• Lead therapeutic activities and assist with lesson planning and documentation.
• Observe HIPAA requirements and report concerns according to policy.
