Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA to address clients' needs.
• Provide one-on-one direct instruction using ABA techniques, including DTT and naturalistic teaching.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior using designated tools.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional skills across communication, socialization, and self-care.
• Foster a supportive, positive learning environment to promote engagement and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to adjust strategies as needed.
• Communicate progress with clients, families, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
