ConnectOne Bank is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruiting strategy, engage top talent, and align staffing with business objectives. You will collaborate with hiring managers, leverage modern sourcing tools, and ensure a strong candidate experience while adhering to applicable laws and regulations.

In this role, you will build robust talent pipelines, act as a brand ambassador for CNOB, and champion innovative sourcing methods to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire

Qualifications

• Three plus years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Strong People First mindset and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of EEOC, ADEA, ERISA, NLRB, ADA, FMLA and FLSA laws.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Presence and communication skills for participation at all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Establishes recruiting strategy to meet staffing needs with hiring managers.
• Leverages technology and sourcing tools to identify and present candidates.
• Develops robust sourcing strategies to feed talent pipelines.
• Serves as CNOB employment brand ambassador.
• Advises on innovative talent sourcing tools and best practices.
