Southland Industries seeks an Associate, Talent Acquisition Specialist for Early Careers to support universities and teams across Tempe, AZ, Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, and Salt Lake City, UT. You will coordinate campus events, guide hiring managers, and help deliver a compelling internship experience while partnering with HR and enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Exposure to campus recruiting and high-volume interview events is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms, MS Office, and virtual event tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruiting process for intern, co-op, and new college graduate roles across divisions, coordinating events and onboarding.
• Sustain pipeline continuity year-round and maintain candidate engagement.
• Maintain requisitions, candidate records, and pipeline activity in ATS/CRM with accuracy.
• Provide a candidate experience reflecting Southland's culture: responsive, personal, and transparent.
