Qualifications

• Entry-level role; internship experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute core components of the EDGE program, including Orientation / Welcome Week, Learning Series, and training sessions.
• Manage logistics end-to-end (scheduling, communications, materials, vendor coordination).
• Ensure all program milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met across cohorts.
• Serve as a central point of contact for EDGE analysts and coordinate onboarding and mentorship activities.
• Partner with campus recruiting, managers, and HR to align intern pipelines and rotations.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to gather feedback and support performance conversations.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and evolving program structures.
• Maintain program tools, trackers, and documentation.
