What Are Your Responsibilities?

Customer Service Business Analyst Interns are responsible for actively participating in HCSC's formal internship program that leverages your skills, knowledge, and capabilities while providing meaningful experience supporting business objectives and member-focused solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams in both business and technical areas, the Customer Service Business Analyst Intern will contribute to project work, analyze information, and support the development of solutions that address organizational needs. The Customer Service Business Analyst Intern is responsible for learning and applying specific aspects of the organization's processes, programs, and technologies while demonstrating increasing independence and ownership of assigned deliverables.

This role will also need to:

What Do You Need To Be Successful?

• Prior related technical internship or work experience is a plus.
• Volunteerism or leadership experience is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, grow and contribute.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills including clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and an ability to grasp new and unfamiliar concepts.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and support multiple projects.
• Practical, developed PC skills, especially Office 365 and virtual team collaboration tools (MS Teams, Word, SharePoint, etc.)

What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree; rising senior with a major in business, data analytics, information technology, information systems, or computer science. Other majors may be considered.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range
