Responsibilities

• Manage and support assigned early career programs and workstreams.
• Develop and deliver early career content for interns and programs.
• Coordinate logistics for campus visits, fairs, and onboarding.
• Contribute to strategy planning and prioritization.
• Identify improvements to processes and intern experience.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for candidates, interns, and hiring managers.
• Support requisition activity and interview coordination.
• Maintain data, dashboards, and program documentation for leadership.
• Lead components of intern and manager experience including training.
• Document steps and monitor workflows to enable scalable delivery.
