Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking an Early Career Systems Engineer in Camden, NJ. You will participate in design, development, integration, and testing of DoD products and technologies, using models and simulations for mission analysis and performance prediction.

You will apply Python/MATLAB scripting, root-cause analysis, and data analytics skills, addressing system defects while working within a collaborative, team-based environment. A SECRET-level clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field with 2 years of experience.
• Experience in root cause analysis, problem solving, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB scripting.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the SECRET level; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, integration and testing of DoD products and technologies.
• Use models and simulations for mission analysis, ConOps development, and performance prediction.
• Identify and address system and software defects with solid systems engineering discipline.
