You will work in Research & Development to develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and support new product deployments in collaboration with Dow teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship.
