Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks PhD scientists and engineers for an Early Career Program spanning R&D, Manufacturing & Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain, and Information Systems. Roles align with Dow business units across North America, including Texas, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

You will tackle open-ended problems, contribute to intellectual capital, and help integrate innovative technologies into practice while collaborating across teams and advancing sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• A PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or related discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.0 scale).
