Ashton North LLC is seeking an early-career Quality Engineer I to turn your technical education into hands-on manufacturing experience. You will work with seasoned professionals on quality initiatives, data analysis, and problem-solving in a real-world setting.

This role emphasizes exposure to ISO standards and Nadcap, Lean Manufacturing, and SPC. Recent graduates or those with limited experience are encouraged to apply, with a strong foundation and drive to grow in quality and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Quality, Statistical Analysis, or related area.
• A four-year technical degree is also welcomed.
• Strong foundation in quality and manufacturing with curiosity and drive to grow.
• Familiarity with SPC, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, machining drawings, or statistical software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the Quality Management System and quality standards.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data.
• Support SPC initiatives.
• Create graphs, reports, diagrams, and other quality documentation.
• Help investigate problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Support customer quality concerns and non-conformance activities.
• Assist with procedures, documentation, training, and other quality-related projects.
