Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Quality, Statistical Analysis, or related area required.
• Four-year technical degree welcomed as an advantage.
• Early-career candidate with strong foundation and willingness to grow in quality and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Management System and quality standards.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data.
• Support SPC initiatives and data-driven problem solving.
• Create quality documentation, graphs, and reports.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Support customer quality concerns and non-conformance activities.
• Assist with procedures, documentation, and training.
