Job summary

CRH Americas Materials in the United States is seeking an Early Career & Talent Programs Specialist to coordinate mentoring, management trainee, and internship programs, ensuring meaningful exposure and development throughout participants’ experience.

You will partner with Operations, HR, Safety, and department leaders to track progress, complete training, prepare reports, and support learning and development initiatives year-round.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in program coordination or HR is preferred.
• Willingness to learn internal systems and processes.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentoring, management trainee, and internship activities.
• Track participant progress and training completion.
• Maintain program records and reports.
• Support partnerships with educational and workforce organizations.
• Prepare communications and materials for leadership reviews.
