Citi is seeking a Program Manager to manage Analyst and Associate experiences end-to-end, overseeing performance management, compensation, and career development. You will partner with Recruiting, HR, and senior stakeholders to drive mobility, promotions, and engagement within the NAM region.

The role requires a college degree and 2–3 years in campus recruiting or program management, with strong Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills to operate across multiple time zones and senior leadership

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities for senior stakeholders.
