Job summary

One Medical is seeking residents completing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our Boston offices, with potential placement in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role is full-time, patient-centered, and tech-enabled, offering mentored onboarding and ongoing professional development.

Base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $283,500 per year, with comprehensive benefits, E-Verify participation, and opportunities for professional growth. Massachusetts license is required before start date.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
• Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics or completed residency within the last year.
• Massachusetts medical license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs including acute, chronic and preventive visits.
• Conduct in-office, testing center and occasional telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams through daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues as needed.

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before your One Medical start date

The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $283,500 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
