Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks Associate Mental Health Therapists to join a growing behavioral health team dedicated to empowering clients and improving access to care in the community.

As a Therapist on our team you will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, work under supervision to support licensure progress, and engage in ongoing professional development within a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field; licensure or licensure pursuit encouraged.
• Commitment to high-quality mental health care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong ethics and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Efficient time management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and fellow therapists.
