Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blow molding machinery to produce quality products.
• Trim excess material from molded products.
• Regrind scrap material and non-conforming parts for reuse.
• Assist with machine color changes and tooling changeovers.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor performance during production runs.
• Weigh finished products to verify quality and machine accuracy.
• Assemble products by inserting metal components into plastic parts using punch press equipment.
• Safely hand-feed metal components into production equipment.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Lift and move materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Are you looking to start or grow your career in manufacturing? We are seeking a motivated Blow Mold Machine Operator to join our team in Racine, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, mechanical equipment, and learning new skills in a fast-paced production environment.

In this role, you'll operate and monitor our blow molding equipment, help ensure high-quality products are produced, and work closely with our Maintenance Technician to learn machine setup, color changes, tooling changes, and basic machine adjustments. • Operate and monitor blow molding machinery to produce quality products that meet specifications
• Trim excess material from molded products
• Regrind scrap material and non-conforming parts for reuse in the manufacturing process
