Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Blow Mold Machine Operator to join our Racine, WI manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor blow molding equipment, assist with color changes, tool changes, and basic machine adjustments while learning from our Maintenance Technician.

This is a hands-on role offering steady, full-time work, with a 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) and a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Hands-on, physically active work style required.
• Reliability and safety focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blow molding machinery to meet specifications.
• Trim excess material and regrind scrap for reuse.
• Support color changes, tooling changeovers, and basic machine adjustments.
• Weigh finished products and ensure machine accuracy.
• Assemble products with metal components and feed into production equipment.
• Package finished products for shipment and maintain safety procedures.
