Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Racine, WI is hiring a full-time machine operator for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM). You will trim excess material, regrind defective pieces, and perform precise weighing and adjustments to ensure correct machine operation.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial machinery in a labor‑intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Trim excess material from molded products.
• Regrind excess material and unsatisfactory pieces for reuse.
• Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Weigh finished pieces to verify machine accuracy.
• Adjust machine controls to correct operation.
• Assemble products using punch machinery to insert metal components.
• Hand-feed metal components to punch machinery.
• Pack boxes of finished parts.
• Adhere to safety codes and conduct.

What will your job involve?

• Trims excess material from molded product
• Regrinds excess material and unsatisfactory pieces for reuse using grinding machine
• Lifting 50 pounds throughout the day
• Weighs finished pieces to determine accuracy of machine operation
• Makes adjustments to machine controls to correct
• Assembles product utilizing punch machinery to insert metal components to plastic part
• Hand feeds metal component to punch machinery
• Packs boxes of finished parts.
• Adhering to safety codes and conduct
